Employers/Industries
ATEC Community Services work closely with employers and have become a “provider of choice” for work experience participants and employment.
We work directly with employers to ensure our training is up to date, relevant and meets their needs. We have MOU’s in place for work experience with numerous employers across the Northern and Southern Regions.
Activities to generate opportunities for work experience and/or internships include:
- Marketing direct to jobactives and employers - Aged and Disability trainers direct connect with employers through their scheduled visits
- Marketing participants to employers – advising of jobactive wage subsidies (ATEC’s strong working relationship with jobactives enables ATEC to actively promote specific wage subsidies to employers on their behalf.
