MEM30205 - Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade

This course is designed for Australian apprentices employed under a Training Contract. Training is delivered and assessed over the term of the Training Contract (usually 4 years).
You will be assigned an ATEC Case Manager who will work with you and your employer to develop a Training Plan that suits the needs of you and your employer.
You will be required to attend trade school to complete some of the units of competency whereas others will be assessed on-the-job.

Skills Covered
In order to complete this qualification students must successfully achieve 12 core units of competency and a number of electives (the number of electives in this qualification may vary depending upon those chosen [approximately 20 units] but must be sufficient to make up 73 points in total).

MSAENV272B    Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices

Course Admission Requirements / pre-requisites
There are no mandated pre-requisites for this course however students must be enrolled under and approved Training Contract.

Students who successfully complete all the requirements of this course will be issued with a Record of Results and a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (MEM30205).
Students who do not complete all the units of competency within this course will receive a Statement of Attainment for those units of competency that have been successfully achieved.
